Relaxation Techniques
To make this exercise put yourself in the position more comfy for you and lets you sense the movement of your breath.
1) First exercise: Abdominal Inspiration
The individual should place one hand on stomach mouth (upper part of your stomach) and the other on the belly, respiring should feel the movement of the hand placed in the womb, though not the gut. The target of this exercise is that the person directs the inspired air to the bottom of the lungs.
2) Second Exercise: Inspiration and ventral abdominal
Equals the prior exercise, but after filling the bottom (belly) should also fill the middle air. It should be noted first movement in the hand is over the abdomen and then you are on your belly. The objective of this exercise is to learn how to send the inspired air to the lower half the lungs.
3) Third Exercise: Inspiration abdominal, ventral and costal
In the same position as the prior exercise, the person must fill the air round the stomach first, then take it to the belly and ultimately send the air to the chest. The purpose of this exercising is to gain total inspiration.(Ley de Atraccion)
4) 4th Exercise: Expiration
This is a carrying on of the above, perform the same steps as in the exercise three, but then as you exhale, the lips should be closed in order to expel the air produces a sound of snorting. The exhalation should be slow.
5) Fifth Exercise: Inspiration “Expiration
This exercising is similar to above, but now must be continual inspiration, mixing the 3 steps (stomach, stomach and chest) and the expiration period is the same as 4, but try and do more silent.AtreveteAVivir
6) Sixth Exercise: Generalization (internalize)
This is the most vital step. The idea is by utilising these exercises in everyday eventualities (standing, walking, resting, working, for example.) .. It should be practicing with different external situations: when there are numerous folks around, whether we are alone in the darkness, noise, etc
Try to interact with relaxing exercises, at least 10 minutes a day and feel the benefit of the session for their complete journey.
